A Bit About Mark
Service Second to None
Mark started in construction in San Jose in 1972. He moved to the Santa Cruz area in 1978 where he met and married Alisa. They have 10 children. All the boys have worked with Mark at some stage and currently sons Mark Jr. (22), and Luke (19) are active in the business. Mark is proud of the fact that he can provide plumbing, electrical. tile-work, roofing, drywall, etc. “in-house” so that the customer does not have to use expensive sub-contractors.
In addition Mark is the contractor of choice in the Santa Cruz area for home-health needs. He has experience installing grab-bars, chair lifts, walk-in showers, ramps, home-dialysis hookups and various custom adaptations requested by nurses, physical therapists and occupational therapists for their patients.
Mark enjoys all kinds of construction and remodeling, including custom home building, remodels, kitchens and bathrooms, roofing, window replacement, garden features, decks, and much else. “Having been in the business for 39 years,” he says, “I’ve seen and done just about everything - many times over!”
